Here is the most exciting part - you don't need to start from scratch. I have quite a bit of PPV traffic and I can give you a few pointers. With PPV the conversion rates can be very very random.

PPV is not a get rich quick scheme with push a button strategy. It requires ALOT of testing you have to rotate alot of offers to find out what is profitable.
